Wondering if anyone has this home gym.

I know Fitness Quest has a good rep but is this really the best of its class?

    If you’re rich, the absolute best machine is the ROM (Range of Motion) machine advertized at this site:

    You can lose weight just using it for 4 minutes a day and you don’t have to change your eating habits. I belong to a gym that has it and it’s wonderful!

    It really is a very effective machine. It uses your own body weight against gravity to build strength using a bunch of different exercises.
